Within 48 hours of your call for free non-emergency estimates. For active leaks or storm damage, often the same day. We tell you the actual ETA when you call, not a vague window.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. Estimates are free, in-person, and you get a written copy whether you hire us or not. We do not do phone bids or “drive-by” estimates.
My roof is leaking right now. What do I do?
Call us at (417) 808-0802. For active leaks we send someone out the same day or first thing next morning. We carry tarps in every truck and can get a temporary patch on while we work out the permanent fix.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. Storm and hail damage is a big chunk of what we do. We meet your adjuster on the roof, document everything, and most claims close without you ever climbing a ladder. Tell us at the estimate it’s an insurance job.
How far do you travel?
Roughly 100 miles from Collins, MO. That covers seven counties: St. Clair, Polk, Cedar, Vernon, Dade, Greene, and Hickory. If you’re outside that area, call anyway — we sometimes make exceptions for the right job.
