A roof repair is a small job that pays off big when it’s done right and turns into a five-figure problem when it isn’t. The trick is finding the actual source of the issue (which is rarely the spot where the water shows up inside) and fixing the root cause instead of patching over the symptom.
We do most repairs in the same visit we diagnose them. Common fixes: missing or cracked shingles, popped nails creating leaks, deteriorated pipe boots, failed flashing around chimneys and skylights, ridge cap separation, soft decking under the underlayment. Each gets a written diagnosis with photos before we touch anything.
If the roof is genuinely past its useful life and a repair won’t hold, we tell you that. We’d rather quote you the right job and lose the small one than patch a roof that’s going to leak again in six months.

Walk the roof
We start with a full walk to find every issue, not just the one you called about. You get a written report with photos whether you hire us or not.
Diagnose the source
Water shows up at the lowest point. The actual leak is usually upslope. We trace it back to the entry point — flashing, valley, vent boot, ridge cap — and write you a fix that addresses the source.
Fix it the same visit when we can
Most repairs we can do in the same visit. We carry shingles, underlayment, sealants, and flashing materials in every truck so we’re not making a return trip just to do an hour of work.

Before we leave we walk you through what was done, what we replaced, and what to watch for. Photos of the finished repair go in your file in case you need them later.

How much does a roof repair cost?
Most simple repairs (boot replacement, missing shingles, small flashing fix) run a few hundred dollars. Larger fixes with decking replacement run higher. We give you a written quote before we start; no surprises.
How fast can you come?
For non-emergency repairs, within 48 hours. For active leaks, often the same day. We carry tarps for temporary patches if a permanent fix has to wait.
Do you guarantee the repair?
Yes. Repairs carry a one-year workmanship warranty. If the same issue comes back within that window, we come fix it at no charge.
Will my repair be visible?
We try to match shingle color and granule profile as close as possible. On older roofs the patch may be visible from up close, but rarely from the ground. We tell you upfront what to expect.
